Shipment Details
Users are able to view shipment specific details, including shipment reference numbers, origin and destination ports, consignee and consignor as well as shipment notifications, documents and routing.
Shipment Details
To access Shipment Details, navigate to the TradeNav Shipments page (or the landing page) and click on one of the shipment tiles to view the details of that particular shipment.
Navigation explained:

Pin Shipments icon: Pin the Shipment to easily track the shipment and related notifications. Once a shipment has been pinned, users easily access the shipment details via the Pinned Shipments Widget. More on Widgets under the Widgets section.

Alerts & Notes: View notifications/alerts related to the specific shipment.

Documents: Download and/or upload documents related to the specific shipment.

Map: If applicable, an interactive map with the current location of a shipment will be visible, as well as its past and future paths, predicted ETA, carrier ETA and reason for delay (if any). Click here for more information.

Routing icons: This shows the routing legs of the shipment. Clicking on any of the routing icons will bring up a list of milestones.

Details: View Shipment number, Origin, Destination, Consignor and Consignee and other information such as Linked Orders, Packing Information and Notes.

Chat functionality: This provides the ability to correspond with Santova on any topics related to the shipment.

Milestones: List of key milestones showing estimated & actual dates.
