
Shipment Dashboard
The TradeNav Shipments Dashboard contains an overview of all shipments booked with Santova, including ocean, air, road and rail shipments.

Please refer to the below diagram to assist in navigating the TradeNav landing page.

Navigation explained:

Additional Menu Options: Click the menu to access User Profile, Shipments, Transport Details, Communications, Sign out

Quick Filters: Easily search for shipments based on various statuses such as Arrived, In Transit or Delivered.

Ordered By: This functionality allows you to choose the criteria by which the shipments are ordered and to sort in descending or ascending order.

Search: Utilise the search functionality to filter by mode and/or search by a particular reference or criteria. See more information below.

Unbooked filter: This provides visibility of shipment records that have just been created but the routing details is not complete as it is “unbooked”.

Shipment Tiles: High-level overview of specific shipments managed by Santova. Click on any shipment to open the shipment details.

Widgets: Choose from a list of widgets that can be displayed to customise your view of shipments based on the specific widget functionality.

Globe: Shortcut to the Landing Page.

Alerts: View shipment departure/arrival notifications and see any unread chat messages.
Search Functionality
Click on the search icon, located at the top of the landing page, to access the search functionality. Users are able to search shipments booked with Santova by Shipment number, Client reference, Port of Load, Port of Discharge, Vessel, Flight, Consignee, Shipper or Container number.

Please ensure that Departure and/or Arrival dates are selected when applying date range searches. If you have applied a search filter, this is indicated by the red filter icon indicator above. To clear all active filters, click on this red filter icon.


Communications
This menu option allows you to see all your current communications in one location.

Navigation explained:

This is the chat per shipment pane. This pane allows a view of all current chats at a shipment level.

To access the shipment related to the chat, click on the shipment number within the navy border.

To see the chat in this page, click on the chat tile (avoiding the shipment number).
